Jonathan O. Petalver
Co-Founder & Managing Director

Jonathan “Coach Jon” Petalver is the Managing Director of THE GLOBAL CEO SG and President of Petalver Management Consultancy Services, with over 25 years of experience in executive education, corporate training and revenue leadership. A former Programme Director at Ateneo Graduate School of Business, he has trained leading Philippine and multinational corporations. He founded Brown and Proud Academy, reaching over 5,000 learners, and holds an Honorary PhD in Corporate and Business Education.
Joemari A. Moriente

Business Development & Client Relations
Joemari A. Moriente is the Co-Founder & Director – Business Development & Client Relations of THE GLOBAL CEO SG. A licensed Philippine Real Estate Broker with over 10 years of experience in real estate and property management, he brings 25 years in general insurance and sales, alongside over 5 years in Singapore corporate sales and customer relations. A graduate of Computer Engineering and Real Estate Management, he specialises in strategic partnerships, client engagement, business development and cross-border opportunities between Singapore and the Philippines.

Marketing & Operations
Mary Joy C. Giron is the Co-Founder & Director – Marketing & Operations of THE GLOBAL CEO SG. A Singapore CEA-registered Real Estate Salesperson since November 2010, she brings over 15 years of real estate experience, complemented by expertise in business operations, customer relations, sales coordination and marketing. An Accountancy graduate, she combines analytical and practical business skills to strengthen strategic partnerships, drive business opportunities and support sustainable growth across Singapore and the Philippines.
